New ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman presents copy of his credentials to Iran’s FM

New Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Tehran Ya‘rub bin Qahtan bin Nasser Al-Busaidi presented a copy of his credentials on Monday afternoon to Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.

The top Iranian diplomat wished the new Omani ambassador success in his post. Araghchi then described the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Oman as brotherly and friendly, stressing the determination of the leaders of both countries to further deepen Tehran-Muscat relations in all areas of mutual interest.

 

The Omani ambassador for his part conveyed warm greetings from his country’s foreign minister to his Iranian counterpart. He noted that under the special instructions of the Sultan of Oman and within the framework of the two countries leaders' shared resolve, he will make every effort to utilize all existing capacities in both countries to develop and expand relations in all fields.
