In accordance with the "Countering Human Rights Violations and Adventurous and Terrorist Acts of The United States in The Region" law ratified 13 August 2017 by the Parliament of Islamic Republic of Iran (Majlis), the following individuals and entities are sanctioned, including, inter alia, for committing acts of terrorism, supporting terrorism that poses a serious threat to regional and international peace and security, and for violation of human rights. The penalties and consequences prescribed by law for these individuals and entities in accordance with Articles 6, 7 and 8 of the sixth section of the above-mentioned law is as follows:

• • Denial of issuing entry visa to the territory of Islamic Republic of Iran
• • All assets and properties belonging to these individuals and entities located in the territory under jurisdiction of Islamic Republic of Iran shall be frozen by the Judiciary
• • All financial transactions of these individuals and entities taking place in financial and banking system of Islamic Republic of Iran shall be frozen by The Ministry of Economic and Finance Affairs, and their bank accounts shall be closed.
