Yemen praises Iran’s support for resistance amid Gaza massacre

Iran’s Acting Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri, in a phone conversation with the spokesman and head of the negotiating team of Yemen’s National Salvation Government Mohammad Abdulsalam on Monday censured the Zionist regime’s recent aggression on the civilian facilities in Yemen’s Hudaydah port.

 

Bagheri also expressed the Islamic Republic of Iran’s solidarity with the Yemeni people and resistance against the Israeli regime’s crimes.

 

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in the region.

 

Bagheri highlighted the exemplary resistance of the people of Gaza, the initiative of the resistant leadership and people in Yemen to accompany and support the Palestinians against the Zionist regime’s crimes, and the Operation True Promise carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran as the three influential events that during the past nine months led to the occupying regime’s strategic failure.

 

The Iranian caretaker foreign minister noted the fact that the resistant Yemeni leadership, fighters and nation are standing by the oppressed Palestinian people is as historic achievement and a source of pride for the greater Muslim nation.

 

For his part, Abdulsalam thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran and appreciated its message of solidarity with the Yemeni people and resistance against the Zionist regime’s recent invasion of Yemen, and targeting non-military facilities, which led to the martyrdom and injury of civilians. He added the raid indicates the Zionists’ helplessness and desperate failure.

 

The spokesperson for Yemen’s National Salvation Government said the Palestinian issue is a matter that concerns all Muslim nations and hailed the Islamic Republic of Iran's stance on the resistant people of Palestine as well as its political and spiritual support for Yemen in various fields, including in the joint fight against the Zionists.
