Chinese President Xi Jinping officially welcomed Ayatollah Dr Ebrahim Raisi, who has visited the country at the head of a high-ranking economic and political delegation, at the National People's Congress of China.
In this ceremony, 21-gun salute was performed in honour of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the high-ranking delegation, and when Ayatollah Raisi entered the Congress building, a welcome march was played by three members of the Honora Guard.
In the official welcome ceremony, after taking a photo of the Presidents of Iran and China, the members of the high-ranking delegations of the two countries were introduced.
Later, after Ayatollah Raisi and Xi Jinping took their official positions, the national anthems of the two countries were played, and then the Presidents of Iran and China reviewed the honour guards present at the ceremony.
Immediately after the official welcome ceremony, bilateral talks of high-ranking delegations of the two countries began.
After this meeting, the important documents of bilateral cooperation between Iran and China will be signed by the officials of the two countries in the presence of the presidents.
