Jamal Ahmed Ali Amer, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Migrants of the Republic of Yemen, held a telephone conversation with Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to discuss bilateral relations and the latest regional developments.
During the call, Araghchi condemned the attacks by the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Zionist regime on Yemen, emphasizing that the U.S.'s blatant violations of international law are carried out on behalf of the Zionist regime and within the framework of their shared agenda to destabilize and weaken Islamic countries and assert dominance over the region.
He expressed appreciation for the resilience and honorable support of the Yemeni people for the oppressed people of Palestine. He added that despite all its crimes, aggressions, and the unlimited support it receives from the United States and other Western countries, foremost among them the U.S., the Zionist regime has failed to achieve its nefarious goals.
Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, for his part, provided an update on the latest developments in Yemen and expressed gratitude for the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the Yemeni government and people in the face of enemy aggressions.
He added that the U.S. and Israel are striving to impose their dominance over the region, and that the great Islamic nations must leverage their vast potential to prevent these ambitions from being realized.
