Iran condemns Dagestan terrorist attacks offers sympathies over deadly incidents

Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani slammed on Monday the terrorist attacks in the Russian Republic of Dagestan including in the cities of Derbent and Makhachkala which led to the deaths and injury of several people.

Kanaani expressed his condolences and sympathy to the Russian government and nation, especially the families of the victims, and prayed for the speedy recovery of the wounded.

 

The spokesperson said, “The Islamic Republic of Iran considers terrorism of any kind as a threat to human society and international security.”

 

He stressed the international community needs to show serious determination and make effective efforts to deal with the common threat against human beings.
