Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian has attended a session of Parliament’s Article 90 Commission to answer questions and dispel ambiguities regarding the implementation of the legislative body’s Strategic Action Plan and the sanctions removal talks.

In the meeting, Hujjat al-Islam Pejmanfar, head of the commission and Messrs. Nabavian, Khezrian and Beiginejad raised the points in the draft of the Vienna agreement that seemed ambiguous to the three MPs.

The Iranian foreign minister presented a report on the process of the sanctions removal talks in Vienna and stressed that it is seriously important for the Iranian negotiating team that Iran will enjoy economic benefits from a deal, the country’s red lines will be respected and its homegrown civilian nuclear capability and know-how will be preserved under the agreement.
