During the meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged views over
topics related to bilateral relations, as well as regional and international developments.
Anwar Gargash recalled the importance of bilateral relations between the UAE and the Islamic Republic of Iran and the necessity of continuous consultations between the two countries to serve mutual interests.
He affirmed that his country is ready to strengthen interactions and relations in various areas of mutual interest.
Iran's Foreign Minister, in turn, referred to the policy of the 14th administration in developing and deepening relations with neighboring and regional countries.
Araghchi emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination among regional countries to secure the collective interests of the region's nations in all areas.
During the meeting, Anwar Gargash delivered a letter from the President of the United States.
