Jorge Fernando Lefebre Nicolás, the new ambassador of Cuba to Iran, met with Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, this Wednesday afternoon, at the beginning of his diplomatic mission, presenting a copy of his credentials to the top Iranian diplomat.
