Iran Oman FMs discuss regional developments strengthen bilateral relations

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi met on Monday with his Omani counterpart Seyed Badr al-Busaidi in Muscat to discuss regional developments and enhance bilateral relations.

 

Both ministers expressed satisfaction with the solid and long-standing friendship between the two nations and reiterated their commitment to bolstering and expanding cooperation across all sectors. 

 

During the meeting, the ministers evaluated the latest regional developments, particularly the perilous situation caused by the crimes and aggressions of the Zionist regime in Gaza and Lebanon.  

 

They called for immediate international intervention to halt the genocide and military aggression by Israel.

 

The two top diplomats also agreed to intensify engagements with other regional and international stakeholders to safeguard regional stability and security and prevent the spread of conflict and insecurity.
