Iran FM special envoy for West Asia holds phone conversation with Lebanese health minister

Currently in Beirut Raouf Sheibani the special representative of Iran’s foreign minister for West Asia held discussions with Lebanon’s Minister of Health Firass Abiad regarding the latest humanitarian situation of Lebanese refugees and Iran’s aid to the people of Lebanon.

Currently in Beirut, Raouf Sheibani, the special representative of Iran’s foreign minister for West Asia held discussions with Lebanon’s Minister of Health, Firass Abiad, regarding the latest humanitarian situation of Lebanese refugees and Iran’s aid to the people of Lebanon.
Sheibani emphasized the special attention and commitment of the Iranian authorities in addressing the situation of the displaced and those affected by the ongoing war against Lebanon.

During the phone conversation, Abiad stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran has consistently stood by the Lebanese people and government in difficult times.
He expressed gratitude for Iran’s hospitality in accepting and treating Lebanese casualties, as well as for its humanitarian aid to the people of Lebanon.

Both sides also exchanged views on ways to overcome the obstacles and challenges imposed by the Zionist regime on the delivery of humanitarian aid to Lebanon.
