Iran FM meets Lebanese cultural political figures in Beirut

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi who is in Beirut on an official visit on Friday afternoon met a group of cultural political and parliamentary figures of Lebanon.

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi who is in Beirut on an official visit, on Friday afternoon met a group of cultural, political and parliamentary figures of Lebanon.

Araghchi admired the firm determination of the Lebanese people and their resistance in defending Lebanon's territorial integrity and dignity. He offered condolences and felicitations over the martyrdom of the Hezbollah resistance movement's leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the commanders of the resistance.
He said although we are all mourning the demise of the leader of the resistance and our brave fighters, we have faith in the righteousness of our path and final victory more than ever before.

In the meeting, a number of participants outlined the dire humanitarian situation caused by the repeated acts of aggression by the Zionists against civilian areas of Lebanon.
They also thanked the Iranian people and government for their full support of Lebanon and responsible approach to the regional developments.
