The conversation, which was conducted via video conference, focused on the current field, political, and humanitarian conditions in the country.
Both parties emphasized the importance of resolving the Yemeni crisis through political negotiations, expressing satisfaction with the Ansarullah movement’s resumption of political dialogue with Saudi officials. They expressed hope that such talks would address critical issues and lead to a permanent ceasefire in Yemen.
Ali Askhar Khaji underscored the dire humanitarian situation in Yemen and called for increased efforts by the international community and the United Nations to provide essential aid and medical assistance to the Yemeni people.
