Top Iranian diplomat congratulates new Kazakh Foreign Minister

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, in a message, warmly congratulated Mukhtar Tileuberdi on his appointment as the new Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan and wished him success and distinction in this important position.

Part of the Foreign Minister’s message to his Kazakh counterpart reads:
“The relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Kazakhstan have always been based on mutual trust and respect and common interests, and the two countries have diverse capacities for expanding cooperation in the economic, political and cultural fields.

I am confident that, given Your Excellency’s valuable and precious experience in the field of foreign policy, relations between the two countries will be further developed, and bilateral cooperation will move forward toward consolidating the long-standing ties and enhancing the level of relations.
