Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani held a telephone conversation on Wednesday evening with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi to discuss the latest regional developments.

During the call, Araghchi briefed his Italian counterpart on the latest developments in the diplomatic process between Iran and Oman.

The two foreign ministers also underscored the importance of continuing political and diplomatic consultations, as well as enhancing regional cooperation, to help reduce tensions.
