Iranian Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers hold telephone talks

Seyed Abbas Araghchi Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Jeyhun Bayramov Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a telephone conversation on Thursday afternoon to discuss the latest diplomatic initiatives and efforts aimed at reducing tensions in the West Asia region as well as issues related to bilateral relations.

The two sides exchanged views on regional developments and reviewed matters of mutual interest concerning cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan.
