Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi and his counterpart from Mauritius Dhananjay Ramful held a telephone conversation to discuss bilateral relations and international developments.

Araghchi welcomed the expansion of Iran–Mauritius bilateral relations, saying Tehran is ready to pursue the process of boosting ties in areas of mutual interest.

 

The foreign minister of Mauritius, for his part, noted his country’s readiness to expand relations with Iran. Ramful stressed the importance of identifying areas and capacities for cooperation between the two countries.
