Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman meets with sole survivor of an entire family martyred in Zionist Regime’s terrorist attack in Astaneh Ashrafieh

On the evening of Monday June 30 Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baqaei attended the funeral of the martyrs of the Zionist regime’s attack in Astaneh Ashrafieh.

  

On the evening of Monday, June 30, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baqaei attended the funeral of the martyrs of the Zionist regime’s attack in Astaneh Ashrafieh.

During the ceremony, Baqaei read amessage of condolence from Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi and met with the brother of martyr Dr. Sedighi Saber.

The meeting, held at the Astaneh Ashrafieh Governorate with the governor of Gilan, the governor of Astaneh Ashrafieh, and several other provincial and local officials in attendance, was an opportunity for Baqaei to extend condolences and sympathies of the foreign minister and the Foreign Ministry staff to Seyed Alireza Saber, the brother of the martyr.
He also prayed for an exalted status for Dr. Sedighi Saber and the members of his family who were martyred alongside him in the attack by the Zionist aggressor regime.

,Seyed Alireza Saber, as the only survivor of the family, appreciated the presence of the Foreign Ministry spokesman at the funeral. He said, “Martyr Saber was a faculty member and a patriotic researcher who was martyred along with his 17-year-old son, his 19-year-old daughter who was a medical student, his 8-year-old child, and his wife". Dr. Saber's brother added that in the  attack by the Zionist regime, 11 other relatives and neighbors were also martyred.

Seyed Alireza Saber underlined that the nuclear issue is merely a pretext to pressure Iran and obstruct the path of the country’s scientific development. He added that the military aggression by the Zionist and US regimes proved that both of them are enemies of the Iranian people and the very essence of Iran.

Baqaei gave assurances to the families of the martyrs that the Foreign Ministry would use all its capacities to expose the dimensions of the Zionist regime’s military aggression and to hold the Zionist regime accountable and punish it before the world public opinion.22:59
