Iranian FM to visit Saudi Arabia and Qatar

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei has told journalists that Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi is going to travel to Saudi Arabia and Qatar on Saturday.

 

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei has told journalists that Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi is going to travel to Saudi Arabia and Qatar on Saturday.

 

Referring to Iran’s policy of steadily strengthening ties with neighbours, Baqaei said Araghchi will visit the Saudi capital Riyadh for talks with high-ranking Saudi officials on Saturday.

 

Also on Saturday afternoon, Baqaei said, the top Iranian diplomat will fly to Doha to attend the Iran-Arab World Dialogue summit
