Iran FM meets with Pakistan’s Army Chief

The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyed Abbas Araghchi who has traveled to Pakistan for high-level talks with Pakistani officials met on Monday morning with the Chief of the Army Staff of Pakistan General Syed Asim Munir in Rawalpindi near the capital Islamabad.

  

The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, who has traveled to Pakistan for high-level talks with Pakistani officials, met on Monday morning with the Chief of the Army Staff of Pakistan, General Syed Asim Munir, in Rawalpindi, near the capital Islamabad.

 

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the latest developments in Iran-Pakistan relations, border cooperation, enhancing security along their shared borders, and the necessity of collaboration and coordination to boost security and stability in West Asia and Southwestern Asia
