New Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Tehran, Emile Frédéric Dupont, on Monday afternoon met with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi at the start of his tenure and submitted a copy of his credentials to the top diplomat of Iran.
