In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful
Dear brother, scholarly mojahed Hojatoleslam Sheikh Naim Qassem, honorable Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah
Greetings
I sincerely congratulate you on the worthy election of Your Excellency, with your brilliant scientific and fighting record in Lebanon and the Muslim world, as the new Secretary General of the Lebanese Islamic resistance movement Hezbollah by its council, as a successor to great martyr and hero, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, may God have mercy on him.
Undoubtedly, this valuable choice marks a new chapter in Hezbollah’s blessed life during its struggle against the terrorist Zionist regime, and the pure tree of the resistance in Lebanon will continue to thrive stronger and more fruitfully during Your Excellency’s tenure as the movement’s secretary general.
Also, I have a firm belief that with the help of God the Almighty and thanks to the bravery of the dear Lebanese youth on the frontlines of jihad and struggle, we will soon witness the final victory of the resistance front in its battle against the axis of evil and terror, and friends as well as enemies will admit that the resistance is alive and will remain alive and the pure blood of resistance leaders will continue to inspire and guide the youth of current and future generations.
We ask God the Almighty to grant you health and increasing success and grant the great Muslim ummah, especially the heroic and brave people of Lebanon, prosperity, pride, divine help, and final victory.
Seyed Abbas Araghchi
Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran
