Iran FM to visit Baghdad Sunday

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei says Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi is going to visit Iraq.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei says Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi is going to visit Iraq.

Baghaei added that the foreign minister will head to Baghdad tomorrow,  Sunday, October 13, at the head of a delegation as part of his bid to hold diplomatic consultations with regional countries.

The Foreign Ministry spokesman also said during his stay in Iraq, Araghchi will hold talks with the top Iraqi diplomat and the country's other high-ranking officials over bilateral ties and latest developments in the region.
