FM spokesman raps Zionists’ new crimes in Palestine Lebanon

Esmaeil Baghaei vehemently condemned the ongoing anti-humanitarian atrocities committed by the Zionist regime including the massacre of civilians in Lebanon and Palestine such as the attack on a mosque in Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip which had sheltered defenseless refugees as well as the aerial bombardments of residential buildings in Beirut’s southern suburbs.

Esmaeil Baghaei, Iran’s spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, vehemently condemned the ongoing anti-humanitarian atrocities committed by the Zionist regime, including the massacre of civilians in Lebanon and Palestine, such as the attack on a mosque in Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip, which had sheltered defenseless refugees, as well as the aerial bombardments of residential buildings in Beirut’s southern suburbs.

The Foreign Ministry spokesperson reminded that the recent attacks by the Zionist regime carried out with U.S.-supplied weaponry against sacred sites, schools, mosques, and medical facilities in Palestine and Lebanon, evoke memories of the crimes of Daesh, adding: “The massacre of civilians and the destruction of civilian sites and infrastructure are inextricably linked to the ideology of Zionism and Takfirism.”

Baghaei further stated that the continuation of the policy of terror and mass murder against the oppressed Palestinian people, who have been displaced from their homes and are now taking refuge in places of worship, cultural centers, and medical facilities, is a clear manifestation of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
He said it is incumbent upon the international community to take serious and effective action against the new Hitler of our time, Netanyahu, and the criminal leaders of the Zionist regime.

Baghaei emphasized that the policy of creating insecurity in the region, pursued by the Zionist regime, poses a serious threat to regional and international peace and stability. He noted: “Inaction in the face of these crimes will have irreparable consequences for all countries in the region and beyond.”

Baghaei underscored that the Islamic Republic of Iran once again calls upon all nations, particularly Muslim countries, to use all available means and the vast capacities at their disposal to immediately send humanitarian aid to the defenseless and displaced people in Gaza and Lebanon, and to confront the Zionist regime’s policy of terror and regional destabilization.
