Bagheri said the Zionist regime is causing instability in West Asia by committing such crimes in Yemen, Tehran and Beirut, while the US and some European governments also destabilize the region by supporting the acts of Tel Aviv.

Referring to Iran's decision to take legitimate, decisive and deterrent action against the Zionist regime, Bagheri underscored that the Islamic Republic of Iran will not allow the Zionist regime to sacrifice the stability and security of the region, to achieve the illegitimate goals and interests of the terrorist gang ruling in Tel Aviv.

In the telephone conversation, Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad strongly condemned the terrorist acts of the Zionist regime. Mikdad also reaffirmed Syria's full and unwavering support for the Islamic Republic of Iran.
