I emphasized that the crisis in the Caucasus can be resolved through the participation of the domestic actors and the neighbors in the region (the 3+3 format).

 

I expressed my concern about the situation of the refugees of Karabakh and announced the Islamic Republic of Iran’s readiness to send humanitarian aid.
