While visiting H.H. Zeinab's (PBUH) holy shrine in Damascus, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi made pilgrimage to the holy shrine and met and talked with a group of families of the Axis of Resistance martyrs from Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iran, etc.
Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, who has left for a two-day trip to Syria, entered Zeinabiyah in Damascus on Wednesday evening and was welcomed by the people, families of martyrs, and commanders and warriors of the Axis of Resistance and Syrian clerics from different religions, and delivered a speech.
Before visiting the sacred shrine of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH), the President met and talked with a group of families of resistance axis martyrs from Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iran, etc".
Ayatollah Raisi then delivered speeches in the sacred hall of Hazrat Zeinab (PBUH) in the gathering of different classes of people, families of martyrs, commanders and fighters of the resistance axis and Syrian scholars from different religions".
Before the speech of the President, Mohammad Abdul-Sattar al-Sayyed, Minister of Awqaf, and Abdullah Nizam, the Head of the Syrian Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) Society, spoke about the position of Iran and its role in the fight against terrorism and the stability and security of the region.
