Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh has expressed deep regret over the helicopter crash that killed India's defense chief General Bipin Rawat as well as his wife and 11 other people on behalf of the Islamic Republic and offered condolences to the bereaved families, government and people of India over the incident.
