The tripartite gas swap agreement from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan through the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran was signed in the presence of the Presidents of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The tripartite gas swap agreement from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan from the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran was signed in the presence of Ayatollah Raisi and Ilham Aliyev, Presidents of Iran and Azerbaijan.
According to the agreement, which was signed by the oil ministers of the two countries on Sunday night after the end of the bilateral meeting between Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and Ilham Aliyev, 1.5 to 2 billion cubic meters of gas will be transported annually from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan through the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
