The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly condemns the visit of Benjamin Netanyahu, the child-killing and warmongering prime minister of the Zionist regime, to the United Arab Emirates, and warns of the extremely dangerous consequences of the presence of the occupying regime in the region. At a time when the West Asia region is experiencing one of the most fragile and sensitive periods in its history due to the Zionist regime’s military aggression against Iran and the intensification of its occupation and genocide in Islamic lands, particularly Palestine and Lebanon, the presence of a criminal whose hands are stained with the blood of hundreds of thousands of innocent people and is wanted by international courts is extremely dangerous and alarming. There is no doubt that, given the Zionist regime’s proven hostility and animosity toward Iran and other countries of the region, as well as the regime’s repeated threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran, all countries in the region should be mindful of the consequences and repercussions of such a presence, which poses a threat to the collective peace and security of the region. Regional security is a collective and indivisible matter, and any move that paves the way for the entry of destabilizing actors into the region will ultimately be detrimental to all countries of the region and will lead to further division, as well as increased insecurity and instability in West Asia. Accordingly, regional governments are expected, in recognition of their responsibility toward regional peace and stability, to refrain from providing the grounds for the destructive presence of the Zionist regime and not allow the territories of countries in the region to become a platform for destabilizing actions against other countries of the region.
