Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi and Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani held a telephone conversation on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the provisions of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding. During the call, the foreign ministers of Iran and Italy, highlighting the importance of preserving regional stability and security, stressed the need to make use of the opportunity created by the memorandum of understanding to consolidate peace and enhance cooperation among the countries of the region. The two sides also agreed to follow up on a number of issues related to bilateral relations.
