- The recommendations will be carefully compiled and conveyed in the form of directives to embassies and governorates through the government, so that regional communications may be established in a more effective and closer manner.  - The country’s weaknesses are not solely the result of sanctions and external pressures, although these sanctions do bring damages and costs.  - Complaints about sanctions can only be made when all domestic capacities have been fully utilized.  - Of course, this does not mean that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will not pursue its mission of lifting sanctions; however, alongside that, there exists a more important mission under the title of “neutralizing and counteracting sanctions” and “meeting the country’s needs.”
