Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani who is visiting Tehran at the head of a delegation for talks over bilateral ties and sensitive regional developments, on Wednesday afternoon met with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.
The two sides pointed to the need for ending the genocide in Gaza and the stoppage of the aggression by the Zionist regime against Lebanon and underscored that consultations must increase and all regional and international possibilities must be mobilized to prevent the expansion of insecurity in the region.
Araghchi and Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani also discussed some issues of mutual cooperation. They highlighted the necessity of expanding bilateral relations between Tehran and Doha in all areas and said both countries should continue down this path.
