Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and Naledi Pandor, the South African Minister of Cooperation and International Relations, signed the Memorandum of Understanding at the end of the expert panel deliberations of the Joint Economic Cooperation Commission. This came after the regional director generals of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs from both countries presented the report on the deliberations during the 15th meeting of the Joint Economic Commission of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of South Africa in Pretoria.
