Hicabi Kırlangıç, Turkey’s new Ambassador to Tehran, on Sunday afternoon met with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian at the beginning of his diplomatic tenure in Iran and submitted a copy of his credentials to him.
