Foreign Ministry high-ranking officials meet with IRGC ground force commanders
Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour the Commander-in-chief of the Ground Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) along with several other commanders of the force attended the joint meeting of the Council of Deputies and General Political Directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, they discussed the North-West and South-East issues, focusing on terrorist movements in certain border areas.
Hossein Amirabdollahian, Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed appreciation for the security-providing armed forces and emphasized the importance of Iran's good neighborliness policy.
He also raised various issues related to the coordination between the diplomatic apparatus and Iran's armed forces.
The commander-in-chief of the IRGC ground force provided insights into counter-revolutionary movements and terrorists affiliated with foreign powers.
