The Spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry, Esmaeil Baqaei, has strongly condemned the Zionist regime’s attacks on Yemen's infrastructure, including the Sana'a power plant, Ras Isa fuel tanks, and the port of Hudaydah.
Baqaei described the aggressive strikes, which resulted in the destruction of Yemen's civilian infrastructure, as a blatant violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.
He noted that the Zionist regime’s crimes are carried out under the unconditional US support, making Washington complicit in breaking the laws and crimes of the criminal gang ruling Tel Aviv.
Praising the honorable support for and solidarity of the Yemeni people with the oppressed Palestinian nation, Baqaei emphasized that the international community and the Islamic world have a legal and moral responsibility to stop the Zionist regime’s aggressions and to prosecute and punish the regime for committing all the crimes specified in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), particularly the crime of aggression and war crimes.
